Leaves and Branches

This is one of my favorite art-jewelry pieces so far. It's inspired by a gnarled branch (indicated by the spiral stitch incorporating tiny jasper stones and the spiral herringbone base) with a few old leaves (the copper leaves and crystal on the right, with a copper-leaf toggle clasp set to the side), and a burst of new leaves and buds on the end. Some of the leaves are carved stone, some are glass, and some are peyote-stitched in my own design. Small, pale-green dyed freshwater pearls act as the buds.
